TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipments in Colombia are made through the transport company Coordinadora.
Shipments to all of Colombia and within the city of Cali have a cost of 10,350 COP
The shipping delay time varies according to the place to which it is sent, after leaving the Atelier Grandes Indulgencias store located in the city of Cali. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be invoiced the next day and, therefore, the time begins to pass on the day said invoicing is made.
International shipments are made through the transport companies DHL and FEDEX.
International shipments have an approximate value of 30.00 to 45.00 USD depending on the destination country and taking into account the TRM.

FORMALIZATION OF ORDERS
Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, Small Indulgences – Luxury will always send an email to the Client confirming the details of the purchase made.
PERIOD, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSS OF THE PRODUCT
- Product delivery
Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury undertakes to send the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, nationally through the Coordinating transport company and internationally through the transport companies DHL or FEDEX. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate the Customer indicating an address to which the order can be delivered. Small Indulgences – Lujo Artesanal will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the address provided by the Client on the order form is not precise and correct.
- Delivery term
National shipments are made through the Coordinating transport company and International shipments through the transport companies DHL and/or FEDEX. Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and dispatched.
Remember: For products in Stock, shipping is made the next business day after the purchase is confirmed. For products ordered to be manufactured, shipping is made between 8 to 10 business days after the purchase is confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched and delivered to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch notification by email with information on the tracking number with which you can track your shipment through the carrier's page.
Once you receive the shipping confirmation, you will receive your order within a maximum period of 5 business days for national shipments and for international shipments a maximum period of 10 business days. These times are estimates and do not depend directly on Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury, which exempts it from any delay in the delivery of your order due to any extraordinary case or force majeure event. Nor is it our responsibility when delivery has not been possible at the indicated address for reasons directly responsible for the client. In that case, you must contact the customer service of the transport company directly, providing the respective tracking number.
- Loss of packages
In the event of loss or theft of the package sent, it is the responsibility of the transport company, who will initiate an investigation process to find the location of the package and determine the procedure to request payment for the jewelry contained in the lost package, taking into account the insured value.
- Diligence in delivery
The Client must check the good condition of the package with the courier company, indicating any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been reviewed, the Client detects any incident such as a dent, breakage, signs of having been opened or any imperfection caused by shipping, the Client undertakes to notify Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury via email within within 24 hours of delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be attended to (only parts under warranty).
Jewelry purchased from Small Indulgences – Artisanal Luxury through its online store may be returned and refunded, provided that the following conditions are met:
If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the company Grandes Indulgencias – Lujo Artesanal, insofar as the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered by you as confirmed in your order.
Notify the email firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return the jewelry within 24 hours of receiving the order, indicating in the subject: RETURN REQUEST.
Send the jewelry to be returned within 3 business days following the date of receipt to the address indicated in response to the initial notification, sending via email a copy of the guide delivered by the transport company. Shipping costs will be covered by the user.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling in excellent condition.
Shipping must be made using the same box and/or bag in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be obtained with the box and/or bag with which it was delivered, the Client must return it in a protective box so that the product is received again with the maximum possible guarantees.
- Improper use of the product by the Client.
- When the Customer did not follow the instructions for the care of the product.
