The following GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND PURCHASE POLICIES come into effect upon publication, without prejudice to subsequent modifications without prior notice or consent. It is solely up to Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury to approve modifications to the text of this publication.
Access and use of this Website is free. Browsing the Website gives you the status of user and implies complete and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions of use.
By accessing, browsing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the conditions and terms set forth herein. If you do not agree with the conditions, you must refrain from browsing this Website, and if you wish, communicate your disagreement to Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury.
Small Indulgences – Lujo Artesanal reserves the right to review or modify at any time the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND PURCHASE POLICIES, or any other content of the Website, when it considers it pertinent, without prior notice to the User. The modifications will be made on the brand's Website, and it is the User's responsibility to review and attend to them each time they browse the Website.
The user undertakes to make diligent, correct and lawful use of the Website, as well as not to delete, evade, or manipulate the copyright and other data that identifies the Grandes Indulgencias – Lujo Artesanal brand.

All the contents of this Website, such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, graphic design, constitute a work whose property is Small Indulgences – Lujo Artesanal or its respective authors, for this reason it is prohibited to the users its total or partial reproduction, without written authorization of its owner. In the event that there is content owned by authors other than Small Indulgences – Lujo Artesanal, prior authorization will be obtained in accordance with the provisions of the regulations that protect copyright.
PRODUCT PRICES
All product prices indicated through the Website include VAT and other taxes that may apply. However, these prices do not include the costs corresponding to shipping the products. The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the product without prior notice.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury informs the Customer of the delivery time of the products for sale, which may be available for immediate dispatch (InStock) or available to order (To Order).
Products available for immediate dispatch will be processed and shipped the business day following your purchase. The products available to order have a shipping time between 20 business days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, shipping orders are NOT processed until the next business day.
DATA MANAGEMENT
In the event that the visitor enters personal data into any of the systems related to or incorporated into the Website, Pequenas Indulgencias – Lujo Artesanal will treat the data confidentially and they will be used exclusively for purposes related to the services provided by the brand.
Small Indulgences – Lujo Artesanal undertakes not to assign, sell, or share the data received on the Website without the express approval of the data owner.

SHIPPING

Shipments in Colombia are made through the transport company Coordinadora Mercantil.

Shipments to all of Colombia and to the interior of the city of Cali have a cost of $12,200 COP

The shipping delay time varies according to the place to which it is sent, after leaving the Atelier Grandes Indulgencias store located in the city of Cali. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be invoiced the next day and, therefore, the time begins to pass on the day said invoicing is made.

International shipments are made through the transport company DHL and will only be made to countries in which we do not have a distributor.

International shipments have an approximate value of 40.00 to 50.00 USD depending on the destination country and taking into account the TRM.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be invoiced the next day and, therefore, the time begins to pass on the day said invoicing is made.

FORMALIZATION OF ORDERS

Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, Small Indulgences – Luxury will always send an email to the Client confirming the details of the purchase made.

PERIOD, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSS OF THE PRODUCT

  1. Product delivery

Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury undertakes to send the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, nationally through the Coordinating transport company and internationally through the transport company DHL. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate the Customer indicating an address to which the order can be delivered. Small Indulgences – Lujo Artesanal will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the address provided by the Client on the order form is not precise and correct.

  1. Delivery term

National shipments are made through the Coordinating transport company and International shipments through the DHL transport company. Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and dispatched.

Remember: For products in Stock, shipping is made the next business day after the purchase is confirmed. For products ordered to be manufactured, shipping is made within 20 business days after the purchase is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched and delivered to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch notification by email with information on the tracking number with which you can track your shipment through the carrier's page.

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, you will receive your order within a maximum period of 3 business days for national shipments and for international shipments a maximum period of 10 business days. These times are estimates and do not depend directly on Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury, which exempts it from any delay in the delivery of your order due to any extraordinary case or force majeure event. Nor is it our responsibility when delivery has not been possible at the indicated address for reasons directly responsible for the client. In that case, you must contact the customer service of the transport company directly, providing the respective tracking number.

  1. Loss of packages

In the event of loss or theft of the package sent, it is the responsibility of the transport company, who will initiate an investigation process to find the location of the package and determine the procedure to request payment for the jewelry contained in the lost package, taking into account the insured value.

  1. Diligence in delivery

The Client must check the good condition of the package with the courier company, indicating any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been reviewed, the Client detects any incident such as a dent, breakage, signs of having been opened or any imperfection caused by shipping, the Client undertakes to notify Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury via email within within 24 hours of delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be attended to (only parts under warranty).

RETURNS

Jewelry purchased from Small Indulgences – Artisanal Luxury through its online store may be returned and refunded, provided that the following conditions are met:

If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the company Grandes Indulgencias – Lujo Artesanal, insofar as the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered by you as confirmed in your order.

Notify the email pq.indulgencias.co@hotmaill.com of your intention to return the jewelry within 24 hours of receiving the order, indicating in the subject: RETURN REQUEST.

Send the jewelry to be returned within 3 business days following the date of receipt to the address indicated in response to the initial notification, sending via email a copy of the guide delivered by the transport company. Shipping costs will be covered by the user.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling in excellent condition.

Shipping must be made using the same box and/or bag in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be obtained with the box and/or bag with which it was delivered, the Client must return it in a protective box so that the product is received again with the maximum possible guarantees.

    WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
    Small Indulgences – Artisan Luxury will be exonerated from the liability derived from the guarantee, when it proves that the defect comes from:
    1. Improper use of the product by the Client.
    2. When the Customer did not follow the instructions for the care of the product.
    APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
    The provision of the service of the Website and these General Conditions of Use and purchase policies of the Website and the particular ones that may be established, are governed by Colombian law. Law 1480 of 2011 “Consumer Statute”, The pages on the Internet, their design and graphic presentation, are protected by the provisions of law 23 of 1982, articles 12 and 30 and decision 351 of the Cartagena Agreement (in the Colombian case ) and by the provisions of the Copyright Act of 1976 of the United States of America.
