We offer several procedures regarding exchanges and returns.
CHANGES:
You have up to 30 days after shipment to request a product exchange. Contact us via WhatsApp: 3165235250 or email: pq.indulgencias.co@hotmail.com; with the SUBJECT: EXCHANGES.
The following conditions must be taken into account:
- Exchanges can be made for size, color, garment, or jewelry. Please contact our customer service team with the specific details of your exchange request.
- Discounts: Products purchased during the seasonal or final sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
RETURNS:
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return items, provided the clothing has not been worn, all internal tags are intact, and the item has not been customized by the customer.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp: 3165235250 or email: pq.indulgencias.co@hotmail.com; with the SUBJECT: RETURNS. Please note that it may take 5 business days for the product to arrive at our office. It is important that you explain in detail the reason for the return and the solution you are seeking. This will facilitate a smooth process and minimize possible delays. If the return is made outside of the 30-day period, we unfortunately will not be able to process the request.
The following conditions must be taken into account:
- Sales: Products purchased during seasonal sales or final sales are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Unless a product is defective or faulty, all returned products must be in their original packaging.
- Products damaged or defective upon arrival will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective. The company will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the damage is a result of normal wear and tear or another reason.
